When descovering a screenshot mistake/issue,is it possible to record over a specific frame or do you have record the entire topic over?

Yes. You can recapture any screenshots previously recorded by using the “Recapture” button and select “Screenshot”.  You may also notice that you have to option of selecting “Action” to recapture an action as well
