I am unable to change my SCORM version output from 1.4 for publishing and my LMS only accept 1.3, how do I fix this?

There have been a few case of developer having this issue and so far as we can determine UPK is not using any of the enhancements of 1.4. There is a work around, locate your imsmanifest.xml and imsmanifest.xml files after publish. Then find the line “<schemaversion>2004 4th Edition</schemaversion>” and simply change it to 3rd edition.

I’m currently working with a client LMS that won’t allow me upload content, Help.

You may have published in a non compatible SCORM format. in your publish setting you need to set your LMS SCORM version to a compatible version (1.2 or 1.3)

How to change Oracle brand logo to Company Logo in UPK 12.1.0?

When changing the logos of UPK deliverables you can change bother the logo for Knowledge Center output and the local player package. To change the logo for knowledge center you would go into the \Web Sever\KCenter\Images directory find the current oracle logo (small_logo.gif) rename it and paste in the new custom logo and rename it
