How do I share work with my overseas colleagues, we are all working on different topics?

I would recommend using UPK’s multi-user environment, It allows multiple users to work on the same module simultaneously where as in single user environment you’d have to do a lot of exporting and importing of odarc files. Even though it’s possible to do with out Multi-user you’ll spend most of your time copying/pasting and fixing broken links manually. Multi-user would be a MAJOR time and hassle saver.

How to know that I have admin rights provided. I need to checkout the simulation which is locked and checked-in by a user who is not working in the project.

Please suggest benefits of admin rights.

      Hi Namita:

Hope all is well. To know if you have admin rights, you can look at the top right hand side of your tool bar and you will see a tab called “Admin”. From there you can choose to check in the content that the developer has checked out.

If not, the admin assigned will have to check in the content.
