Two possibilities: (1) You’ve not updated the correct package; (2) You’ve updated the package but not checked it in.

System/Publishing/Styles/User Productivity Kit folder and the Player package within that, then the img folder within the package? That’s the right place. Make sure you exactrly the same size image, and of the same type (UPK seems to waver between GIF and PNG). Also if that is where you’ve changed it, make sure the package it is checked in and that when you are publishing you have User productivity Kit selected as the publishing category. (And if you’re not seeing it on preview, make sure the that this publishing category is set in your Options under Preview.

In addition, prior to making the “big change” on the multi user or systems folder, publish a module to your DESKTOP and make the changes locally first and run the player package.

Do Dirks point, you want to ensure that the naming convention is EXACTLY the same and the image format as well.

Once you publish to your desktop using the following path to get the “ing” folder:

Published Content > Player Package > IMG folder > Insert image here.

Once this is complete, run the player package and see the reflected changes.

An indicator that let’s you know that you were able to copy the exact same image is that a pop up message will appear giving you to option to “Copy or Replace” the image you are looking to replace.

Hope that helps in addition to the already great advice
