Our seasoned ERP training professionals use the User Productivity Kit (UPK) application to develop training courses and support materials that prepare our clients’ employees to use their new software. Our programs include end-to-end business process flows with role-focused tasks. This provides users with the skills and knowledge needed to do their jobs effectively.
Teamwork is the key to our success at HGS. We are of the youngest African American Oracle-certified UPK Developers in the Mid-West. We always keep our motto, “Where there is a problem, there is always a solution.” embedded in our hearts and our minds. We receive rave reviews from our clientele.
Hall Group Solutions is involved in the community in a few ways. Each year we provide three scholarships at the Sullivan Elementary School graduation ceremony. We award each scholar awarded a laptop, printer, and software. We have also provided four $1K scholarships to Chicago Vocational Career Academy students based on essays, grade point averages, and the students’ contributions to the community. We also donate to those in need who are working on achieving their dreams. In 2013, we provided both monetary awards and mentorship to individuals who play football for Team USA and donations individuals performing missionary work and to the less fortunate.
To address some of the health issues in our community, we conduct the HGS Biggest Loser Challenge where individuals work together sharing tips, ideas and most importantly encouragement in a positive environment. Finally, we recruit local candidates for positions, providing community members with life-changing career opportunities.
