What has happened here is the crash reset your user profile and UPK is waiting for you to check it back in, problem your profile is now being treated as a different profile so you are unable to check it in because the “original” profile no longer exists due to the reset. The only option that I’ve found has been to cancel check out and redo the work/changes you didn’t get to check in/save.
