I am unable to change my SCORM version output from 1.4 for publishing and my LMS only accept 1.3, how do I fix this?

There have been a few case of developer having this issue and so far as we can determine UPK is not using any of the enhancements of 1.4.

There is a work around, locate your imsmanifest.xml and imsmanifest.xml files after publish. Then find the line “<schemaversion>2004 4th Edition</schemaversion>” and simply change it to 3rd edition.
