Record key not Registering within Citrix

I have access to UPK 11.1.0 through Citrix (yeah, that’s what I have been given!!) and have an issue with recording PeopleSoft Self Service HR through Citrix.
I cannot record within IE (whether accessed through Citrix or Windows 7), the record key is not registered by the Recorder. In non-IE applications the Record key is registered and I am able to record successfully within Citrix. I have set the Record key to F2 as Internet Explorer (IE) does not appear to use F2…

Has anyone successfully recorded anything in IE accessing both UPK and an IE application through Citrix? If so, did you experience any problems, and how were these resolved?
